If I could give this dealership 0 star or negative I would. Just very low in morals and values when dealing with this dealership. These people are just out there to get your money, not having best interest at heart. Throat cutters, thinks they are professional but do not have 3 principles to customer service. 1) the ability to listen, listen to what a customer want vs. what he/she needs during assessment . They only care about what they want customer to buy and how they will get customer to dump cash in their dealership 2) lack of growth for expansion in business for referrals . Their true color shows after you sign the contract and drive the car off their lot . They don't care for your satisfaction. 3) lack of accuracy with paperworks. In fact, this could lead to potential financial risk. Everything is verbally filled. For example: they ask for your social and electronically type it on their screen . They said your interest is 14% but in contract its 25% . Anyway, my story with this dealership is that my step relative came in and was tricked into trading in his car and got a really bad deal, a car that's worth only $5-6k when they took it in and they sold it for $ $8-9k.. On top of that, they told him he has bad credit which I agree he does but here's a fallacy statement they made "he's lucky bc no where can get him approved for as low as 14%. " .. No where?! Really? Manipulative Sales pitch using scare tactics. He is a older man and cannot see well on the fine prints. They mistyped his social security, told him to give a check and they can get him a loan. Also, did I mentioned? Cooling off period for used car, they didn't offer an explanation. They offered a piece of paper to an old man and told him to sign there bc "he doesn't need that service" !!!!!! Apparently they know the car is perfect fit for him and he cannot return. So he ended up signing a legal document binding him to a deal he, himself cannot afford! Just 2 hours coming home, my grandma fainted due to my relative poor judgment listening to this corrupted car dealership sales pitch. So, he took it back politely asked for his car back. They totally lied to him and said "we already submit all your paperwork, it's processing and is sending to the dmv and bank. Plus you're part of the CAPS program" . Wtfuck is a cap program, it's just a name of a lender (credit union of bank) . They act like its Obama care where it's the law to be committed to it! Those are manipulative lies! First off, it was Saturday evening and their business office is closed by then to even do any paperworks let alone finish transactions for them! To further prove my point, today is Monday, I called in the lender or CAPS program *** and that lender said no paperwork submitted yet and no information they have in the system. The dealership can cancel it and should cancel if they know the buyer isn't going to pay! That's putting credit unions and banks at risk for their unprofessional ways of doing business ! Anyway, so they didn't want to give us back the car when legally our trade in is still ours under dmv record! They said to come back Monday bc the night we bought and came back, they gave us *** reasons like managers are out, we're part of the cap program etc. Oh, so if managers were out and they needed to buy a car, who's in charge of transactions?! The silly sales guy who's silly there popping popcorn a, drinking coffee, chasing after customer around the lot making his sales pitch? Or the finance manager who apparently has been in the car business for 15 years and claims to close all deals but cannot give a customer his car back within 2 hours! We took an extensive test drive, it's not buying bc the check didn't go through, nor did the loan ! So Saturday didn't work out so well, Sunday i came with my step relative asking nicely for us to get our car back. The GSM said "we can do it but we're not going to do it. We are running and business and we need to make money, not making you happy" .. Literally said that! He's pretty much saying we are here to take customers money, not our customers satisfaction (corrupted hungry money man who came off talking to a woman like a complete ***) . On top of that, they used another scare tactic by putting my relative on the spot by asking and attacking him "who's wearing the pants? When you left our dealership we agreed you made good decisions. When you went home you are influenced by your family and cannot even purchase a vehicle? You're a grown man, you make money so just keep the car and pay when the bills arrive" . Wow wow wow!! I was just done then and so I left their keys and the new car and said "thanks very much, it was a great test drive " and left! They have no right to use those kind of languages! Family cares for each other! Family watch out for each other!!! Not greedy sales men! Anyway, I will file this to toyota, social media and media. This is despicable to the point I want to puke. just disgusting!
